How do I get started?
Simply select your unit size above and complete the online booking — it takes less than 5 minutes. You can move in the same day. No deposit, no long-term contract needed.
Can I access my unit 24/7?
Yes — all Loc-Box sites offer 24/7 drive-up access. You can visit your unit at any time of the day or night, 365 days a year.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. Our contracts are rolling with no minimum term. You can stay for a week or a year — it’s completely up to you. We just ask for 2 weeks’ notice when you’re ready to leave.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required. You simply pay your first week’s rent when you move in. We also have a reserve option if you want to hold a unit before committing.
What can I store?
Almost anything that is legal, non-perishable, and non-hazardous. Common items include furniture, documents, stock, vehicles (at selected sites), and household belongings. We don’t allow food, flammable materials, or live animals.
How secure is the site?
Each site has perimeter fencing, 24/7 CCTV, individually alarmed units, and coded access gates. Only you have the access code to your unit.
What size unit do I need?
As a guide: a 50 sq ft unit holds the contents of a bedroom; 150 sq ft suits a 2–3 bed house; larger units are ideal for business stock or vehicles. If you’re unsure, call us and we’ll help you choose.
